I am so grateful to you all. I know I’ll probably say that a million times, but I am genuinely so happy that more and more of you are finding my slow, dark, gritty book about a realm starved of magic!
But shall we dig into the main course? After three years of writing, I genuinely thought I may never get to utter these words.
For Blood and Flame has a release date.
I know so many of you have waited and waited for this book. With no release date, it may have felt like the wait is endless, but today that changes.

I am very excited to announce For Blood and Flame, the sequel to For Mist and Tar and Wrathos Book 5, will release on May 14th, 2024! Also, lowkey unveiling the new updated logo. She comes in various colors, and I am definitely obsessed.
To be alerted on the day of release, be sure you’re subscribed to The Weekly Wrath:
It seems far, but let’s be real, time flies. More than that, I want this book to be everything it can be. I hoped for a much earlier 2024 release, but as I’m doing the final read through, there are some areas that still need expansion and revision.
Also, by publishing in May, I will have time to do Advanced Reviewer Copies. So, if receiving an ARC is something you’re interested in, know that next week’s newsletter will be introducing my street team!
If you’re excited for this book, please let me know below! It’s been like crickets over here… Liking, sharing, and commenting on these newsletters really helps me out. So if you’re looking to send me some encouragement today, those are three great ways to do so!

I loved For Mist and Tar, I loved the brutal honesty you allowed mental health conditions to express. I have read so many books and none have expressed the raw and real experience of dealing with what you wrote about. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. ✨️
LOVED of mist and tar!! The story flowed so nicely and I was gripped every page. The world and character building was wonderful and very refreshing. I found the world/magic very different to other books and very imaginative, I felt myself comparing the book to the great works of Brandon Sanderson but with the beauty that comes from the perspective of a female author. It was long enough that I felt completely immersed but also never got bored or felt like the story dragged. Cannot wait for blood and flame!
